In a massive lawsuit, major computer peripheral manufacturers such as Apple, Microsoft, LG and 20 other companies have been sued by a Texas based peripheral company, Tsera LLC, for patent infringement stating that, Tsera has the sole rights over the ‘Touch-Pad’. The lawsuit has been filed in the US District Court, Eastern Texas Division. In its complaint, Tsera has stated that, it has the sole rights and ownership of the Touch-pad device, the patent for which was issued in the year 2003.

I’ve subscribed, unsubscribed, and subscribed again to the Zune Pass many times. It’s a good way to get the music you want without having to bother with Amazon.com, but I always get it for one reason, to discover new music.
